The fully independent first floor has a living room opening onto a panoramic terrace with great views, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. Newly renovated ceilings show off exposed beams, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning, TV, parking, and a barbecue area. Sitting right on the sea, it comfortably sleeps up to 10, rented entirely to one group so all guests have access to the shared gardens and pool, with free WiFi throughout.
