It’s centrally located, with easy access to anywhere on the island. The main house opens into an open-plan lounge and kitchen area, modern in design with all the mod cons — ideal for chilling out and preparing food or drinks. There are five bedrooms in total: four in the main house (two doubles and two twins), with the master having its own en-suite bathroom and the remaining three sharing the family bathroom, plus a separate annexe with concertina doors that open fully to blend indoor and outdoor living, holding a double bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi run throughout. The outside area is the real highlight — a large space surrounding the swimming pool, perfect for lounging in the cabanas after late nights. The location is great for reaching the west of the island too, with San Antonio a short trip away for a day out or a night out, and some of Ibiza’s best west-coast beaches, including Cala Bassa and Cala Gració, easily reachable. The villa sits just a minute up the road from Amnesia and Privilege nightclubs, making it ideal for groups visiting for the island’s famous nightlife. It’s a 4-minute drive to Ibiza Town, 5 minutes to the nearest beach, 8 minutes to San Antonio, and 10 minutes to Ibiza Airport. Note: all villas are equipped with a Bluetooth speaker per Ibiza’s sound regulations, and outside sound equipment, including speakers or DJ gear, is strictly prohibited on the premises, with penalties including instant eviction. Standard check-in runs 3-5pm (early check-in only confirmed 24-48 hours in advance) with check-out at 10am; a late check-in fee of €80 applies after 9pm.
