Villa Tegui is just a 15 min drive to Ibiza Town

Villa Tegui is a luxury villa close to San Rafael, just a 10-minute walk from the village center and 10-15 minutes by car from Ibiza Town, Playa d’en Bossa, or San Antonio — perfectly placed for easy access to the whole island while sitting in a peaceful, rural setting. Completely renovated to a high standard, the villa sits on 45,000 square meters of land, entered through an electric gate along a small road with ample parking for many cars. It has four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms, and guests enter directly into a large, modern living room with patio doors opening onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful garden, complete with a large table for al fresco dining. A modern kitchen sits to the side, and the house has WiFi, satellite TV, an alarm, and a modern safe. Opposite the pool is an outdoor summer kitchen with a built-in BBQ, and next to that is a modern outdoor shower and toilet. The very large pool has plenty of sunbeds, and the huge gardens offer plenty of space for children to explore, all enclosed within a large metal fence for security. A government eco tax of 2.20€ per person, per night applies, payable locally; pets aren’t allowed.
