Villa Can Llusia 1 (VT-0307-E, sleeps 6) is a private oasis just minutes from San Antonio Bay and a walk from the famous O Beach, with peaceful surroundings, stylish interiors, and a spacious pool area (bathrooms newly renovated in 2025). It’s a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to San Antonio Bay, 20 minutes on foot to O Beach, 15 minutes by car to Amnesia/UNVRS, and 25-28 minutes to Ibiza Town, Pacha, Hï, and Ushuaïa. Transfers can be booked separately. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, each with its own entrance from the front garden and outdoor seating, sharing one bathroom, plus a spacious living area with a cozy sofa, smart TV, and stereo, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining table for group meals. The first floor has a master double bedroom with its own terrace overlooking the grounds, a second double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and a twin bedroom, sharing a second bathroom. Outside, a large, resort-style pool area has multiple sunbeds, shaded day beds, a Balinese day bed, and an outdoor chill-out set with canopy surrounded by garden — ideal for afternoon tea or relaxing evenings. A separate building across from the main house holds a BBQ area with a large dining table and seating, and the lush garden also has a ping-pong table and basketball hoop for entertainment. Three air-conditioning units cover the upstairs corridor, the master bedroom, and the ground floor (living room and both bedrooms), and the villa has reliable WiFi, a smart TV, a secured gate, and on-street parking. It’s well suited to family gatherings or groups of friends wanting pool time, ping-pong, BBQ facilities, and proximity to clubs and bars. Note: events aren’t accepted, the villa only takes families and groups over 25, no extra beds can be added, and a tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night is collected separately two weeks before arrival, along with a €1,000 security deposit via pre-authorization three days before arrival. The pool is for private use only, extra cleaning is required (at extra cost) every 7 days for stays of two weeks or more, and rubbish must be properly disposed of (a €30+VAT fee applies per oversized bag left behind). Check-in is arranged by phone on arrival at the airport, with ID verification against the booking; working hours are 8am-8pm, with surcharges of 50-70€ for arrivals or departures outside these hours.
