Villa with infinity pool and air conditioning, French Riviera

The location and the view were gigantic.

A renovated house without much character, in an excellent location — quite plain. Access to the main level requires 60 steps, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.

We spent two weeks here with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 12-17). Aside from the toilets, everything was spotlessly clean. The pool is fantastic — nice and large, and deep enough for real swimming. The pool alarm is a bit annoying, occasionally going off on its own or at night in the wind. The house’s amenities are adequate and functional. During our stay the espresso machine was broken and the dishwasher’s cutlery basket had an issue — small flaws, but at this price they shouldn’t happen. The WiFi in the house is okay, but on the terrace it’s completely inadequate — all minor issues, but for the price everything should really be top-notch. The view of the sea is gigantic, and we enjoyed it fresh every day. The location is excellent for quickly reaching the shops and bars in town, as well as the harbor and beach — though as a result you do get continuous traffic noise from the coastal road and various boats. Anyone looking for real quiet should book further up the hill; otherwise it’s a great location for a lovely holiday on the Côte d’Azur 👍👍👍

There were so many things we loved about this house! The interior has been recently renovated, and everything is clean and in immaculate condition. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, all with a large, comfortable bed. Every bedroom has adequate storage and its own air conditioner, which really came in handy at night. The kitchen is clean and modern with everything you need to cook your own meals, and right off the kitchen is a patio with a table and breathtaking views — we barely wanted to go out to eat given the view at home. We also loved the pool and deck area, with plenty of shaded deck chairs and space to relax, plus a small grilling area out back. The house is also close enough to walk into town for fresh bread or to visit nearby beaches — stairways built into the hillside make the walk down easy, though you get quite the workout hiking back up! Overall, we loved this house and would definitely come back again!
