Villa with pool and Ac, nature retreat – 6 guests

This charming three-bedroom villa sits at the foot of the Clape Massif, between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, 2.5 km from the resort, offering a rare, quiet setting away from the summer crowds. It sleeps up to six, with a private, secure pool (11 x 7 m, fitted with a barrier, though this never replaces parental supervision), a fenced, private plot, and parking for several vehicles. The ground floor has a large living/dining room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom (double vanity, no shower); the villa is fully equipped with a pool, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, built-in barbecue, and patio furniture. Upstairs, reached by a secure spiral staircase, are three bedrooms overlooking the grounds and pool (two with 160x220cm beds, one with two 90x190cm twin beds), all with mosquito nets and air conditioning, plus a large bathroom with shower cubicle and a separate WC. Outside, an equipped summer kitchen with built-in barbecue and a garden table near the pool make for easy al fresco dining. The beach is a 25-minute walk, 5 minutes by car, or 8 minutes by bike, with a water park (Aquajet) just before the beach access, and the Massif de la Clape — scented with rosemary, lavender, and pine — is right nearby for walking or cycling. The Cité de Carcassonne and the Sigean African Reserve are also within reach. A pet fee (under 10kg) of €30 applies, along with an €800 security deposit; linens aren’t provided, but an optional cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
