Aleria Villa brings a distinctly Cycladic character to Santorini, blending deep blue tones with traditional island details and a touch of Venetian influence — a minimal yet authentic style built for guests who appreciate comfort, space and quiet. Families are very much welcome here, children included.

At a glance, the villa covers 250 sq.m across 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a loft and 2 living rooms, all built around a private swimming pool.

Inside, an open-plan living area combines a relaxed lounge, a dining space and a high-end, fully equipped kitchen. The four main bedrooms each have a queen double bed, and the loft adds a further double — comfortably sleeping 10 in total, with room for 2 to 4 more guests on the villa’s sofas for an extra charge. All told, up to 14 can be accommodated: 8 across the bedrooms, 2 in the loft, and 4 on sofas spread between the living rooms and loft (the base rate covers up to 6 guests, with a surcharge per additional guest).

Amenities across the three bathrooms and the wider villa include hot water, TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a portable barbecue and two fireplaces for cooler months.

Outside, the landscaped grounds and sparkling pool set the scene for classic, unhurried Greek island days — sunbathing with a cold drink in hand, or a relaxed meal in the outdoor dining area. The villa catches the sun from sunrise to sunset, and both the pool and garden are for the exclusive use of guests.

The interior is elegantly furnished throughout, with fireplaces and views over the Aegean, the garden and the pool, plus free WiFi throughout. Architectural touches like the attic space and traditional arches add character to the air-conditioned villa, which opens onto a furnished terrace and balcony. There are two living rooms with a smart TV, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and hob oven, and a hairdryer, iron and washing machine are all provided. Sun loungers surround the pool for lazy afternoons.

Aleria Villa sits in Messaria, a traditional village at the heart of Santorini, about 2km from Fira, built on farmland with views toward the eastern Aegean and the island of Anafi.

The surrounding area lets you enjoy the calm of the countryside alongside easy access to everything Santorini offers. Mesaria village itself is a 15-minute walk via a quiet road or scenic path, past blue-and-white chapels, bell towers and traditional whitewashed homes that make for a lovely stroll. Archontiko Argyros, a neoclassical museum exploring the lives of Santorini’s wine-growing families in the 19th century, is well worth a visit.

Fira, just 5 minutes by car, is the heart of Santorini life, with its famous caldera, restaurants, cafés, shops, clubs and galleries. A restaurant, café-bar and mini market are all within 500m of the villa, while Santorini National Airport is 3km away and Kamari Beach is 7km away.

Please note the Greek government’s Climate Resilience Tax of €2 per night (a flat amount regardless of guest numbers), payable at the villa on arrival. A cleaning service during your stay can be arranged on request.
