Amazing apartment next to Born and the Beach with Parking

This bright, fully equipped apartment comes with private parking and sits close to the beach, in a quiet part of the city just a few metres from the metro and bus stops. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies and a shopping centre with an original-version cinema are all close by.

Set in the Vila Olímpica neighbourhood near the beach, it’s also within easy reach of Born and Ciutadella Park — a good fit for families with children, couples, or digital nomads after a quiet place to work. If you’re driving, having private parking included makes this an especially convenient choice.

The apartment sleeps up to 8 across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms: the first has a double bed with air conditioning, the second has two single beds (which convert to a double) with air conditioning, and the third has two more single beds (also convertible) with air conditioning plus a double sofa bed. Just let the host know ahead of time if you need a particular bed setup, as some beds come pre-converted to doubles. There are two full bathrooms with shower and WC, plus a separate WC-only toilet.

On the facilities side: a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher, central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The living room has a TV and workspace, the building has a lift, and the windows are double glazed. A private parking spot is included in the same building, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request. Linens and towels are provided — just bring your own toiletries.

Vila Olímpica is one of the legacies of Barcelona’s 1992 Olympic Games, originally built to house the visiting delegations and now home to local residents. Nearby you’ll find the Olympic Port, with plenty of restaurants and leisure options, and Ciutadella Park — one of the city’s green lungs, home to Barcelona Zoo and the Catalan Parliament — great for a relaxed walk or some outdoor exercise.
