The apartment was fantastic!

Outstanding accommodation for our entire stay. The space was large, immaculate, and thoughtfully furnished. The location couldn’t be better—situated in the heart of the area with convenient access to all major attractions. One surprising detail was its proximity to the Red Light District, just half a block away, though this didn’t diminish our experience. We felt secure at all times, including during evening outings thanks to the extended daylight lasting until around 10:30pm. The neighborhood offered abundant dining choices and a supermarket nearby, which proved very practical. Our unit featured a modest balcony with pleasant views of a beautiful church. A few practical notes: The building has no elevator, requiring several flights of stairs to navigate—though Mario graciously helped transport our luggage. Air conditioning was available only in the main living space, not the bedrooms, so we opened windows for fresh air. Additionally, the bedrooms were connected via a pass-through arrangement, which worked perfectly for our family. Mario’s thoughtful assistance and attentive service throughout our visit were exemplary, and we would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Excellent. A party of six stayed for five nights and found this ideal for solo travelers rather than couples, though there is one spacious bedroom suitable for a couple. The location is perfect—just a ten-minute walk to the central station with straightforward access to canal tours and major sights. Trams to the Rijksmuseum are readily available. Laundry services sit directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket are within moments. Just note it’s positioned near the edge of the red light district.

Exceptional. Mario demonstrated excellent communication throughout our stay. Our group of six found plenty of room to spread comfortably. The neighborhood was wonderful, with nearly everything accessible on foot. Mario personally met us despite our late-night arrival and kindly arranged for luggage to be transported to the third floor, knowing we were worn out. Our younger guests especially appreciated the downstairs lounge, which became their evening hangout spot for music and socializing.
