Lovely and Spacious Venue

The property is lovely and expansive. The pool facilities are impressive with contemporary design and excellent comfort. It’s ideal for accommodating larger groups and features a wonderful outdoor entertaining space with an outdoor kitchen, plus a traditional indoor kitchen. While a car or bikes would be advantageous given its distance from the main town center, there’s a nearby beach accessible on foot (about 10-15 minutes away) and interesting sea caves (approximately 5-10 minutes away). A beachfront hotel with a bar is within walking distance.

What a wonderful property. It boasts expansive outdoor spaces, a magnificent pool, and a lovely pool bar. The setting is tranquil and offers stunning views of the sunset.

Wonderful Location, Beautiful Property

Very happy with this villa which worked wonderfully for a large group. The amenities were excellent and the social space is outstanding. It’s perfectly positioned between Protaras and Ayia Napa – ideal for guests in their 30s and 40s. Just remember that taxi fares are quite steep, so factor that into your budget.

Magnificent Villa with Breathtaking Surroundings

We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to experience this magnificent estate. The sunsets are spectacular and the facilities are extraordinary. It’s impressively large and has all the conveniences needed. A vehicle would be advisable to avoid lengthy walks to the nearest town center (around 5 km), though the Wolt app link proved invaluable and we had groceries delivered on day one which was wonderful. The property is absolutely gorgeous – the principal bedroom offers sun rising and setting views over the bay each day which is enchanting. The villa is wonderfully secluded yet conveniently close to picturesque caves just a short 10-minute stroll away. The children were amazed by the vastness and magnificence of the estate. Minor observations include some dining chairs needing repair, slightly cool morning showers during April, and a defective jacuzzi. Nevertheless, this was an absolutely glorious place for our inaugural family retreat and made even more special when I received a marriage proposal watching the sunset with my beloved. An unforgettable week in this magnificent home.
