This apartment sits in an excellent location with convenient access to the underground. The space was immaculate, spacious, and provided all the necessary amenities!

Outstanding location. Extremely clear and straightforward check-in instructions. Spotless condition. The staff were incredibly accommodating – particularly when I made a mistake with the entry code upon arrival. Some of the Ercol furnishings in the lounge showed signs of wear if I’m honest – one of the dining chairs made quite a noise when I sat down on it (appeared to have been repaired previously). Just 1 lamp for reading in the double bedroom (though I’m confident the proprietor would have addressed this had it caused genuine problems). This has come up previously but the windows could definitely use a proper wash. The flat can get rather loud at times – but that’s London – just embrace it and go with it! All in all very satisfied and would certainly return.

We don’t have extensive London experience, but felt this was a wonderful spot. We had a fantastic time near Covent Garden. Being situated above an alley means less traffic and evening disturbance, while remaining minutes away from countless dining establishments and nightlife. Shows were also within walking distance – we strolled to Les Misérables, which was fantastic. The hosts are incredibly quick to respond; I reached out multiple times and got replies almost immediately. The flat matched the description perfectly. Immaculate, excellent cooking facilities, modest yet well-equipped sleeping area, welcoming living space. A metro station is just nearby. We’d absolutely return.

Positives: Central location, peaceful after dark once businesses shut down. We needed a couple repairs and the team handled them promptly. Negatives: The primary windows were excessively grimy, making it difficult to look outside. The bedroom window had minimal covering, and with the street’s excellent retail, the shop opposite runs bright strobe lights through the night, creating a constant light and flash effect. The mattress felt unusually firm and developed a significant sag in the center. The entrance corridor, your first impression, was disgustingly unkempt, with abandoned bedding in the stairway. The unit above was extremely noisy – not the management’s responsibility but made it hard to unwind. We departed before our scheduled time.

Dynamic and occasionally loud neighborhood, yet remarkably convenient, positioned right beside the Tube station. An abundance of shops and dining options nearby. The unit is compact and understated, yet spotlessly kept.

Wonderful spot to base yourself.
