It’s a great base for mountain and mountain-bike tours, and hikes to alpine huts, with a trail to the Göller Waldsee lake just 20–30 minutes away.

Nearby you’ll find the Bletterbach Geopark, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the romantic 18-hole Petersberg Golf Club. The property suits late spring, summer and autumn best; the wider Aldino region offers tobogganing, cross-country skiing and snow hiking in winter, with the 48km Latemar/Obereggen ski area 20km away and the Karersee ski area 35km away. Bolzano, Trento, Merano, Lake Kaltern and Lake Montiggl are all around fifty minutes away by car.

Inside, Swiss pine and larch wood furnish the house, and there’s a sauna with a forest view — a great spot for musicians, too, with a harpsichord on the wall. There are two living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully furnished kitchen has a large fridge, induction cooker, oven, steamer, grill, raclette set, blender, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine and a sausage slicer, and there’s a wood-burning stove in the living room for cosy evenings.

Pets are very welcome, WiFi is free, and there’s an EV charging point in the parking lot.
