Collina Pera Holiday Apartment with Pool

We had a pleasant holiday at this property.
The facility and accommodations are exceptionally well-maintained.
However, I should point out one issue: As a four-person family, we found a shower without an enclosure quite inconvenient. While this design may be intended for accessibility, the entire bathroom becomes saturated after the first wash. Because the bathroom is positioned on the uphill side, it’s challenging to dry properly.
Nevertheless, a delightful property for families.

We all found our holiday absolutely delightful. The vacation apartment was lovely and in excellent condition when we arrived. The on-site staff member (Judith) was incredibly helpful, always available when needed, and provided outstanding support. The pool was gorgeous (though I’m not entirely certain whether it’s exclusively for your guests) and beautifully maintained. We used the grill area once and had a wonderful time.

+ pristine cleanliness
+ proper recycling and regular collection
– Some deck chairs by the pool need adjustment
– Children’s pool wasn’t filled (minor issue, though it’s advertised)
– Entry and parking areas are tight but manageable
– Waste collection occurs very early causing noise for street-facing units
– One door was damaged and wouldn’t open/close properly

We enjoyed absolutely everything. All details matched descriptions. We felt content. The furnishings might have been more comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The equipment was suitable. The location was beautiful. The vistas were stunning.

Excellent. The holiday home boasts a delightful setting with magnificent views over Lake Como. The reception team members were warm and accommodating. The pool received daily attention. The entire facility was impeccably cared for.
