Enjoy wonderful views of the beach, sea and park from this stylish, modern, luxury apartment — every room overlooks the city or sea and connects to a private, 100 sqm terrace accessible from throughout the apartment.
The spacious living room (30 sqm) has ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the beach and the whole city, with a large sofa and dining table, and the sunny terrace has a table, lounge chairs and an outdoor sofa. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has its own dining table overlooking the sea.
There are 3 complete marble bathrooms (two with bathtubs, one with a shower) and 5 double bedrooms: one en-suite with a large double bed, and four with two single beds each that can be made up as one large bed. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and there’s 24-hour security.
Good to know: check-in from 3pm, check-out before 11am, non-smoking, no parties. Additional charges: Barcelona city tax at €10.45 per person, per night (max 7 nights); a late check-in fee of €30 after 9pm or €60 after midnight; a €500 security deposit charged at check-in and refunded at check-out. Guests are expected to respect neighbouring residents and avoid excessive noise at any time — failing to do so may result in immediate eviction, and any noise infraction after 10pm could bring a Roomonitor intervention plus a €500 penalty.

Our Barcelona visit was truly delightful. The position was ideal, offering convenient access to the metro or a short walk to the beach. A supermarket nearby and dining establishments along the waterfront made exploring easy. The spacious accommodations with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortably housed our group of 4 adults and 5 children. The building provided excellent security with key-card entry, a doorman, and secure apartment locks. Should we return to Barcelona, this property will be our first choice.

Charming apartment featuring marvelous vistas of both the ocean and skyline. Exceptionally well-equipped throughout. The expansive terrace is outstanding, though traffic sounds can be audible. Convenient metro access, shopping, and dining options within close proximity. Lovely waterfront promenade connecting to downtown. However, coordination with You Stylish management proved somewhat challenging.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Magnificent views encompassing the city skyline and sea, visible from sunrise through sunset in this corner location. Adjustable protective shades allow you to manage balcony conditions as needed. The neighborhood offers a peaceful escape from crowded tourist zones while remaining easily accessible by foot or taxi. We will return here on our next Barcelona visit.

Five longtime friends gathered to mark our 50th birthday milestone by renting this apartment, and it was wonderful.
The setting was ideal, situated away from typical tourist crowds but directly beachside for morning walks and runs. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant with an excellent local dining scene and bar options, surpassing what you’ll find at the main tourist promenades downtown.
The unit is beautifully maintained with lovely, well-decorated rooms. The defining feature is undoubtedly the expansive outdoor terrace for dining, socializing, and people-watching.
One consideration: the location sits at a busy intersection with frequent traffic noise, so this suits early risers or deep sleepers. Our group had both types so it wasn’t problematic, though others might find it disruptive. The volume was substantial even from the 12th floor.
