Delightful accommodation featuring a spacious bathroom. The beds were cozy and the entire place was spotless! A beautiful jacuzzi bath added to the charm. One minor technical difficulty arose with the smart TV in the lounge—unable to connect to WiFi. The location is superb with convenient access to metro, shops, and numerous dining options.

The space was immaculately maintained and beautifully designed. Communication with the landlord was equally excellent.

Four guests stayed for nine days and were continually impressed by how ideally situated this charming rental is. Close to Moulin Rouge, with quick transit access to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Tuileries, Musée d’Orsay, Galeries Lafayette, and numerous other landmarks. A cafe and corner market are located just outside. The bedroom is modest yet cozy. Both the couch and armchair can be converted into beds. The living space was perfect for unwinding together with wine and snacks while sharing the day’s favorite memories. Air conditioning and all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator) operate flawlessly. The bathroom is generously sized—excellent for storing luggage and line-drying clothes. The owner responds promptly to any requests. Despite its compact footprint (standard for budget-conscious Paris accommodations), it provides contemporary sophistication at a fair price point. We will definitely return on our next Paris trip.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location proved ideal for both the event we attended and the attractions we wanted to explore. A wide variety of restaurants dotted the area. The double bed was exceptionally comfortable. The sofa bed became serviceable with a cushion layered on top. While the flooring needed better attention, the hosts proved to be attentive communicators genuinely concerned with our well-being.

Lovely visit in a compact yet smartly furnished and well-equipped apartment (with functioning air conditioning) positioned close to transportation, shops, and various services. The street remains relatively peaceful despite its nearness to the busy boulevard. Two things worth noting: the double sofa bed in the lounge is quite uncomfortable; also consider using towels to cover the bathroom window if you value privacy from courtyard neighbors.
