Ideal location in Imerovigli, removed from the crowds of Fira and Oia. The vistas and exterior amenities are absolutely stunning. A rare private property nestled among resort accommodations overlooking the caldera. Generously proportioned residence. Daily cleaning service was an excellent feature. The property’s coordinators were consistently attentive and knowledgeable, offering support with booking arrangements, suggestions for local activities, and prompt responses to inquiries. Excellent overall experience and would enthusiastically suggest to others.

The owners proved to be absolutely delightful, organizing our transport up to the villa and welcoming us with valuable local guidance. They also checked in as we were leaving to confirm our departure went smoothly. The setting is remarkable, positioned just beneath the footpath connecting Fira and Oia and offering the most stunning caldera scenery. Shops, eateries, ice cream, transport rentals and a bus station are all reachable in under 2 minutes on foot. What makes the property distinctive is its integration into the hillside, resulting in an unconventional floor plan, but the exterior zones are truly magnificent!

A long-held aspiration of ours and our companions was to experience a traditional cave dwelling with panoramic views of Santorini’s caldera—and this property delivers that fantasy perfectly! Ancient in origin yet thoughtfully modernized while maintaining authenticity, it provides magnificent vistas. Each of its three bedrooms tells a different story: the primary suite occupies a cave space with an adjoining lounge and ensuite facilities. Another chamber sits atop an external stairway—compact but featuring its own bath and panoramic outlook. The third cave bedroom opens directly into the shared living/dining zone, with the ensuite positioned outside near the pool (my spouse and I claimed this one; as early risers, this arrangement suited us perfectly, and the provided robes made nighttime trips quite manageable—almost an exciting part of the adventure). Managers Stelios and Vasiliki demonstrated remarkable professionalism. Stelios arranged an extraordinary first-evening dining experience at Esperisma, arguably the finest restaurant we’ve patronized. He swiftly resolved an electrical issue we encountered and suggested Christos from Black Pearl tours, whose expertise proved invaluable. He verified our pre-arrival grocery provisions were prepared. Vasiliki graciously assisted at both arrival and departure with our luggage. Given that Santorini, like Venice, risks becoming overwhelmed by visitor traffic, this villa provides respite from the frenzy—a place to unwind, observe passing ferries, and witness the rhythm of the island while remaining conveniently near attractions. Strongly suggested.

The residence is splendid, immaculate, and generously sized with an ideal position in Imerovigli, the essence of Santorini’s delightful climate. Interactions with the owners and local management were consistently excellent. We anticipate returning for another visit.

Daily housekeeping kept everything pristine. Spacious layout with powerful air conditioning throughout. An absolutely perfect getaway!
