Luxury Apartment with spacious living room

This residence is fully equipped and beautifully executed. The proprietor was warm and tremendously supportive. The neighborhood can’t be matched. Would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment was charming, roomy, inviting, and elegantly furnished. Our host was exceptionally gracious and attended to every requirement with careful consideration (hot water for tea, refreshments, maps, robes, slippers, activity and dining suggestions, and much more). We endorse it completely. The location was ideal for our Amsterdam portion, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Our trio had a wonderful time staying at this elegant Amsterdam apartment. Sander proved to be a gracious and attentive host, greeting us personally and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thoughtful amenities like complimentary snacks and beverages were much appreciated following our long journey.

The property itself is elegantly appointed with superior facilities, providing all the essentials we required. The shower is absolutely delightful and the beds are extraordinarily cozy—I enjoyed one of my best sleeps on the first evening, which is unusual for me in a new location! Please be aware the apartment spans two levels with quite steep stairs. It worked wonderfully for my husband, our 13-year-old, and myself, though it may present challenges for those with movement limitations.

The location is ideally situated for exploring on foot—we easily reached the Anne Frank Museum, Van Gogh Museum, and Royal Palace, plus wonderful dining and retail options. For an outstanding experience in Amsterdam’s center, this apartment is unmatched. We adore Amsterdam and look forward to returning to this charming property.

Having used VRBO over twenty times across numerous destinations, we can confirm this is the finest accommodation we’ve encountered, excelling in location, facilities, and hospitality. If we return to Amsterdam—which we certainly will—this is undoubtedly where we’ll stay.

The listing mentions air conditioning. In reality, there are three units—one in the living area and one in each bedroom. Laundry can be managed with full-sized machines, and the washer automatically dispenses detergent, eliminating the need to supply your own. A generous bathroom sits between the two bedrooms downstairs. The shower is outstanding with both handheld and rainfall options. Twin sinks are a convenient feature. The bedding is of exceptional quality. Both bedrooms feature exceptionally comfortable king mattresses. Upstairs provides ample relaxation areas including a plush sofa, two armchairs, and a four-seat dining setup. Due to local restrictions, there’s no stovetop, yet the oven and microwave offer substantial cooking versatility. Additionally, you’ll find a spacious refrigerator with compact freezer, a Nespresso system with abundant pods, a water filter dispensing cold water, a faucet providing instant hot water for tea preparation, and a complete dishwasher. During our eight-day visit with our daughter and son-in-law, all four of us were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

The stay exceeded our hopes. The dwelling was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed! I appreciated the refined look and layout throughout. Convenient features such as the self-dispensing laundry dispenser, nespresso machine with pods, instant hot and cold water options, provided umbrellas and local recommendations greatly enhanced our experience. I was also pleased with the adjustable climate settings and generous hot water supply for bathing!

The entry and departure were seamless and the setting is outstanding. Numerous excellent eateries and stores are reachable by walking. I’d enthusiastically recommend this property! ☺️

We appreciated residing in an established area while maintaining accessible walking distance to major attractions and transit options. The space was intelligently designed with all desired features provided. While some visitors might object to the tight staircase accessing the lower-level bedrooms, we had no concerns. The sleeping quarters and ensuite bathroom were delightful. We would absolutely return.
