Villa Victoria is a fully renovated neoclassical property from the early twentieth century, set on more than 600 square meters of land in Barcelona and spanning over 550 square meters itself, with multiple terraces, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a garden. The 2013 renovation kept the antique character — eighteenth-century Chinese vases, bronze lamps, a marble staircase in the entrance hall — while adding modern comforts throughout: air conditioning and WiFi in every room, safes, TVs, and updated bathrooms. All eight bedrooms are doubles with their own air conditioning, WiFi, safe, and TV, several with private bathrooms and extra seating. The ground floor’s 250-square-meter games and meeting room is a standout, fitted with ping-pong, foosball, a pool table, board games, a 60-inch TV, a bar area, and a reading corner, alongside two more double bedrooms and bathrooms. The first floor holds four further double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite, including one with a whirlpool tub), plus a 16-person dining room, a large living room with a 55-inch TV, and a modern Italian-designed kitchen equipped with two Siemens fridges, an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. From the kitchen there’s direct access to the 8×4 meter pool — set among tropical wood decking and hammocks — the six-person hot tub, the garden, and an outdoor half bath. On the second floor, a studio and a further en suite double bedroom open onto a 160-square-meter terrace with wooden flooring and lounge seating, and a separate tower room with its own en suite bathroom shares access to that same chill-out terrace. Daily weekday cleaning is included, along with linens, towels, an iron, washing machine and dryer, BBQ, and full kitchen equipment; parking is available for one car. The pool and hot tub operate on set hours to respect the residential neighborhood (roughly 9:00–22:30, with quiet hours from 22:00–09:00), and the property is monitored by security camera and noise sensor. Bookings require the lead guest to be over 25, and only the number of guests on the reservation may stay overnight, with a refundable security deposit and nightly city tax collected on arrival. The villa sits about ten minutes from the Sagrada Família and twenty minutes from central Barcelona, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries within easy walking distance and good subway and bus connections.

The house is incredibly stunning, expertly equipped, and the bedrooms and common spaces are very welcoming for bigger gatherings whether it’s friends, family or a business trip. The support and offerings with the property were excellent and we absolutely loved it. It’s also quite handy to the downtown area and an enjoyable walk to Parc Guell. Would definitely suggest it and hope to return in the future.

Should you wish to accommodate 16 guests, this is an ideal choice! The residence was fantastic, with ample room for all including a substantial entertainment room, a rear garden with swimming pool great for gatherings and meals, plus complete equipment. Within Barcelona proper with easy access to necessities, approximately 10-15 minutes by cab from Las Ramblas. Victoria was an excellent host, making check-in effortless and providing valuable recommendations upon arrival.

Our time at Villa Victoria was truly lovely. The residence was gorgeous, and we relished using the pool and hot tub as well as the recreation room. Transit options and dining venues were conveniently positioned. The property was generous in size for our party of 14. Olga was instrumental in assisting with restaurant selections. Completely endorsed for an elegant escape in magnificent Barcelona!

To recap, this villa and its owners will exceed your hopes. The villa is set in a serene, beautiful setting. Quite near downtown and local attractions and parks. Excellent selection of shops and dining with wonderful cuisine available nearby. The home is stunning! An exceptional entertainment area, large bedrooms largely with en-suite facilities, and all conveniences from Bluetooth audio to TV in all rooms. Completely clean and meticulously maintained, with attentive owners communicating regularly to fulfill our preferences. The garden is beautiful with a generous pool and convenient hot tub access! I must commend the hosts (along with their arranged meal service, which was exceptional) for going above and beyond, making our time special. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Excited to visit again!
