Thoroughly impressive overall.

A spacious and beautifully situated property with panoramic views across the Prosecco region. Located near a main highway, though traffic noise is barely noticeable. The setting outside Refrontolo and reliance on mobile connectivity meant the Wi-Fi connection could be unreliable and occasionally problematic, though improvements are hoped for. The design of the interiors is striking, though sometimes aesthetics take priority over practicality—notably in the black kitchen and master bath. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep. The Familia supermarket in Pieve Di Soligo makes a good choice for groceries, while Restaurant Andreeta in Rolle is highly recommended for dining. The Nani Rizzi prosecco estate and cellar tour proved to be a memorable experience.

Outstanding stay at an impressive residence. The property management demonstrated flexibility with our arrival timing and provided prompt, attentive responses to all our inquiries.

Excellent property situated in a delightful setting with an entirely accurate listing description. The location offers wonderful access to nearby wineries whether traveling by foot or vehicle. One minor drawback: manual control of the air conditioning system isn’t available, despite most rooms having individual temperature controls.

We absolutely cherished experiencing the home, its swimming pool, and our time here. The views were spectacular! Our stay surpassed what we anticipated, and Beatrice gave us a wonderfully warm reception; truly outstanding! It was also delightful to find ourselves just 5-10 minutes’ walk from the charming village, where we regularly enjoyed morning cappuccinos and purchased fresh bread from the welcoming baker. We found the surrounding area to be truly beautiful, and the prosecco tasting experience comes highly recommended. Overall, we left completely satisfied with a thoroughly delightful holiday!

The villa occupies a breathtaking location within the Prosecco wine region. The property itself is exquisite and was impeccably maintained upon arrival. As a group of three couples requiring three bathrooms, we found two generously appointed bedrooms each with private en-suite facilities. However, the third bedroom was noticeably smaller with a separate bathroom—this disparity should ideally be reflected in the listing details. Regardless, the villa proved to be exceptional and supremely comfortable. Beatrice demonstrated outstanding hospitality and responsiveness to our questions and requests. Plentiful linens, bed coverings, and kitchen towels were provided. The kitchen is well-appointed, though guests who enjoy cooking should consider bringing basic pantry staples and seasonings to ease the transition into their vacation.
