Marina Parcs — Houseboat with roof terrace and balcony (4 pers) “De Hoop”

This houseboat, ‘De Hoop,’ is moored in a small marina directly on the open water of the Nieuwe Meer in Amsterdam South — close to both the city center and the Amsterdamse Bos, with SUPing, tennis, and other water sports available nearby. It’s reachable by car with paid parking right next to the marina, an easy cycle from the center, and within walking distance of public transport; there are also good waterside restaurants close by, and the sauna at Spa Zuiver, with indoor and outdoor facilities, is just around the corner for a post-sightseeing unwind. Inside, the boat is fitted out like a proper small apartment: a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a compact open kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, and all crockery, cutlery, and pans provided. It sleeps four across two bedrooms — one with a double bed (two singles pushed together), the other with a bunk bed — and beds are made up before arrival. Outside there are two terraces, including a furnished roof terrace with a view over the marina.
