Mirador an idyllic space among vineyards

Mirador is a large tower-style house set among vineyards and countryside in Alella, about 25 minutes from Barcelona, with sea and vineyard views from a calm, privileged spot in an agricultural area just outside the village center. It’s built for large families or groups of friends — up to 12 guests across four bedrooms plus a small room in the tower itself, arranged over two main floors and a turret. The ground floor centers on a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (with a separate annex for the oven, fridge, and dishwasher, plus a laundry room), alongside a living-dining space with a fireplace for winter evenings and a round table by the windows for breakfast or coffee. Upstairs are a triple room with a balcony overlooking the sea and mountains, a double room with its own terrace, a suite paired with a single bed and full bathroom, and a twin room, served by a shared bathroom; the turret at the top of the house holds one more double bedroom, reached by its own small staircase. Outside, a covered porch leads into a garden split into two areas: a shaded lawn with a barbecue, and a large pool area with a water slide, sun-loungers on grass, and a shaded bar table by the water — all set within an extensive, flat garden good for kids and outdoor time generally. The house is let exclusively to one group at a time, and bed linen, towels, toiletries, and a starter kitchen kit are included; check-in runs 16:00–20:00 with advance notice required (extra fees apply outside these hours or for a Sunday start). A refundable deposit and Catalonia’s tourist tax are collected on arrival, and a handful of house rules apply: no bookings for groups under 25 years old, a maximum of the registered guest count overnight, quiet hours from 21:00 to 09:00, no parties or events, no pets, and no smoking indoors. A car is strongly recommended given the semi-isolated setting, though the house has ample private parking; Alella itself is a quiet, well-regarded wine town close to family-friendly beaches and watersports, with Barcelona reachable in 20–30 minutes by car or via the nearby El Masnou train station.
