The houseboat is lovely and immaculate. The scenery is breathtaking and positioned very near the city center. Our weekend was absolutely perfect. Interacting with the owner was seamless and the check-in process was effortless.

A charming and spotless houseboat offering plenty of room for a couple in a delightful setting. Situated in a prime location, perfect for exploring the city by foot and provided with all necessary amenities. The owner was exceptionally pleasant and easy to communicate with.

We had a marvelous 4-day experience on this incredible houseboat! We were thoroughly impressed by the setting, the vistas and the amenities provided. Attending a show at the Carré theatre was central to our Amsterdam visit, and it’s merely a 2-minute stroll away. Sitting on the deck enjoying the scenery was delightful. Our interactions with the owner were warm, gracious and considerate. The opera house, Rembrandt House, Anne-Frank-House, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and others are all within easy reach. The only limitation: you’ll wish to remain here rather than venture out sightseeing, as it’s such an outstanding retreat :-). We sincerely hope to return very soon!

This houseboat was truly exceptional…with amazing vistas and such beautiful styling throughout! The owner anticipated every detail and is wonderful! HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!

We spent 2 nights at Albert’s residence, and as others have noted, utilizing park and ride is advisable. The location suits us perfectly—we could reach everything on foot, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the outdoor terrace provided the ideal spot to relax following an engaging day in Amsterdam.
