On the lower ground floor are a bedroom with a French bed, an entrance hall with an extra bed, and a further bedroom with a double bed, served by a shower room with separate WC, double basin, and sauna. A large terrace wraps around the south and east sides, furnished with deck chairs and taking in genuinely beautiful mountain and valley views. Free WiFi is included, parking is available 30 meters away, and the chalet is non-smoking, with a maximum of one dog permitted.

Zomertip
Het is een aantrekkelijk huis, duidelijk ontworpen voor winterse perioden. Gedurende de zomer wordt het erg heet en moeilijk om te ventileren, omdat bijna geen ramen geopend kunnen. Voor luchtverversing zijn er 2 deuren, maar bij een huisdiertoegankelijk huis niet praktisch, omdat het dier steeds aan de lijn zou moeten. Verdere voorzieningen goed. Uitzicht prachtig.

Erholsames Refugium
Das Chalet erfüllt alle Versprechen. Wer Stille sucht, ist hier richtig. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die zwar schönen, aber ohne Sonnenschutz ausgestatteten großen Fenster. Dies bewirkt, dass sich der Wohnraum bei Sonnenschein deutlich aufheizt. Beim Durchlüften gelangen schnell Fliegen und Wespen herein. Ein Insektenschutzrollo würde helfen. Ansonsten alles tadellos.

Gepflegtes und zeitgemäßes Chalet, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Kleine Bemerkung: Ein Insektenschutz für die Terrassendoor wäre wünschenswert.

Spektakulärer Ausblick auf die Berge
Der Ausblick ist beeindruckend. Wir hatten Glück und konnten im November sogar außen frühstücken. Sonne von ca. 9.30 – 14.00 Uhr. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus geeignet. Das Koje-Bett im Gang unter der Treppe finden wir nicht ideal. Uns fehlte ein Spieltisch oder Ähnliches. Bei der Beleuchtung wurde leider gespart.
