A veranda with a pergola faces the sea, perfect for meals and sunset watching, and the private pool also faces the sea, lined with teak loungers. Because the property sits at the top of the cliff with private parking right in front, there are very few steps to climb — about six in total — to reach the house.

You couldn’t ask for a more breathtaking view or location. Very conveniently positioned to downtown Oia and with nearby bus access to Fira. The house was beautiful and had all we needed for a perfect vacation. My only caution: the stairway to the lower bedroom is open and could pose a hazard for small children.

Lovely home, perfect location! Beautifully appointed, excellent amenities. Complete with pool floats. Nicely situated—away from Oia’s bustle, yet easily walkable for exploring and dining. Wonderful communication with host. Families with young children should be aware: the home features open stairs to the lower bedroom level, as is typical in Oia, which could be a safety concern.

Excellent choice for a family vacation! Pool and views were spectacular and it was simple to walk into Oia with a restaurant just across the way. The staircase is somewhat narrow and could be difficult for elderly guests or young children. The proprietor was very accommodating helping arrange transport and offering local tips.

Georgina was a fantastic host! Communication throughout was wonderful! She was so helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Villa and views were beautiful. Simple walk to Oia. Just wonderful!
