Ausgehend von der Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bezüglich frühem Check-In, spätem Check-Out bis zur täglichen Reinigung des Hauses und Pools: In dieser Villa ist wirklich alles perfekt! Die Ausstattung ist großartig, die Lage mit dem Blick auf die Caldera ist einfach unbeschreiblich….wunderbar!

The villa occupies a spectacular spot on the caldera rim featuring unobstructed vistas of the crater, Oia, and Fira. The terrace is a great place to relax and observe vessels sailing by.
The property sits some distance out from Oia center. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk into town along the road.
The villa’s marketing description and images accurately depict what you’ll experience. Be aware that the stairs may be challenging for seniors or young children.
We experienced some wifi inconsistency. It connected fine intermittently but then would stop passing data occasionally. This was a minor annoyance for us, but guests should know.
Daily housekeeping was fantastic and much appreciated.

This Villa was wonderful for our weekend getaway. Near enough to Oia (15 minute walk) but it also felt serene and the views are stunning. It’s extremely clean and provides lots of space for a family. We absolutely will return.

Thespina, the housekeeper, was wonderfully attentive throughout our stay. The property itself is magnificent—offering all modern conveniences while maintaining authentic cave-home charm. Situated in a peaceful area away from the crowded center, it provides unparalleled views encompassing the caldera, ocean, and spectacular sunsets. Conveniently positioned on a bus route with nearby dining options and a local market within walking distance. Our 10-day visit allowed us to genuinely experience life in Oia. Strongly recommend—you’ll treasure this property and your friends will be envious!
