Property positioned in an ideal location within lovely surroundings. Bed comfort is exceptional.

Holiday was wonderful. Villa has everything you need—supremely cozy bed and pillows, excellent linens and towels. Stayed for two weeks with cleaning service during the second week to refresh bedding, towels and property. Planning to return next year (saving up!). Have stayed in all villas in this row and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Many thanks for a fantastic break. Owner thoughtfully left wine, water and juice upon arrival, plus delivered a fresh lemon drizzle cake (delicious)—such remarkable hospitality!

Charming villa and location with convenient access to downtown and beach, though a rental car is necessary. The accommodation is pleasant but requires some maintenance and attention to detail. The lower level lacks air conditioning, and with only a fan plus typical Cyprus summer temperatures, keeping it cool is difficult. Smooth check-in and check-out. Thank you for everything.

Regrettably, we received no information about obtaining the key upon arrival. After several contact attempts, we eventually called the number on the building’s exterior and received the access code. Our initial impression of the property was disappointing. While the bedroom had air conditioning, the living area relied only on a fan, making evenings quite stuffy. Internet connectivity was also frustratingly weak. Multiple wasp nests near the entrance were rather unpleasant. The property is somewhat remote, though fortunately near the beach—a genuine advantage. Orange and fig trees surround the home, creating an appealing authentic charm. We couldn’t enjoy the garden in the evening due to bats flying overhead. The property also had exposed wiring and wall mold, considerably diminishing its overall condition. The adjacent beach was a plus, and the pool was lovely for relaxation. Overall, while this accommodation offers certain natural charm and convenient beach access, it significantly falls short in comfort and maintenance. We checked out early. We were greatly disappointed.

Perfect location for a peaceful retreat. Within walking distance of shops and dining. Enjoyed exploring old-town Polis and Latchi waterfront. The blue lagoon is essential viewing. The property has all you need for an enjoyable vacation. Pool was maintained daily to a high standard. Bathrooms would benefit from modernization. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Updated sun loungers would enhance the poolside. Overall, it was a very satisfying visit.

I cannot express enough praise for this wonderful villa and its outstanding position. My family just completed a stay at this property and we had an incredible experience! The Sun Beach Villa and Polis location proved ideal for our needs. We spent some days discovering the wonderful local beaches and other days enjoying peaceful time at the villa itself. The area boasts numerous gorgeous beaches, and the nearby marina offers abundant dining, beverage, and shopping choices. Within just a short walk from the villa you’ll find quality restaurants, bars, and shopping conveniences, with the beach merely a 2-minute stroll away. The town is charming, well-maintained, and excellent for families. All our needs were met by the villa’s amenities. I’ve not experienced such peace and belonging to a location in quite some time. Upon arrival the villa was immaculate and wonderfully welcoming. Our beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed deep, restorative sleep. Agni Travel provided outstanding support, with staff always available to help. We cannot recommend this highly enough. Anyone choosing this villa will feel satisfied and at ease.
