Sun Beach Villa

Andreas’s welcome was absolutely fantastic—he arrived right after we did, gave us a full tour of the villa, and left a lovely bottle of wine and water chilling in the fridge. On the outdoor table was a collection of fresh-picked oranges that we squeezed for juice most mornings. Each day at 7 he came by to maintain both the pool and its surroundings. The villa sits perfectly—a 15-minute walk reaches central Polis or the beach with its bar. The setting is tranquil and serene, and we would seriously consider returning. Finally, our heartfelt thanks to Andreas—when our rental car battery failed, not just once but twice, he appeared with jumper cables to help us out. He’s a genuine Cypriot who embraces going the extra mile, always smiling.

Right by the beach, pleasantly furnished, charming grounds with fruit trees, and outstanding facilities in Polis. In summary: A delightful, rejuvenating holiday for everyone in the family. We felt wonderful and will visit again.

Excellent experience! The villa sits within easy walking distance of the beach. The sea is roughly 3 minutes away, though the entry point there is somewhat awkward, so an additional 5-minute walk along the coastline to the camping beach is preferable. Four similar properties separated by garden plots provide excellent seclusion between units. You can swim au naturel in your pool completely unseen by others. Ocean views greet you from the balcony. Everything is nicely appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. The proprietor visited daily except Sundays to water the grounds and service the pool. Polis shops are approximately 3-5 km away. We’ll enthusiastically suggest this villa to friends and hope to return ourselves.

This villa is a pleasant home equipped with all the conveniences a holiday-maker would desire. The position is ideal—a brief 5-minute stroll to the beach and a 10-minute drive to town. The pool is wonderful and offers excellent relief from the heat. Mosquitoes can be bothersome, though this is a common problem across Cyprus.

An ideal retreat for relaxation. The private pool was wonderful, complemented by ample shaded spots and cozy loungers—perfect during the heat. Garden-fresh oranges were absolutely delightful.
