Host meraviglioso, location eccellente :))

Location is excellent—close to the beach, various dining options, and a supermarket nearby. Taxis are readily available at the building’s entrance. The layout is comfortable with 6 twin beds and one queen bed, perfect for our group of 8. Note that the upper room is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, which was manageable for us though moving luggage was tricky. The balcony overlooks the marina and beach—ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks! A couple of minor points: we could have used extra towels (fortunately there’s a laundromat steps away), but overall an excellent choice.

The apartment is dated but spacious and well-equipped, suitable for a larger family or friend group. The host responds helpfully to inquiries. The standout feature is the location—beachside and peaceful, though weekends with good weather can bring noise from partying visitors below (six floors down). Public transportation (bus and metro) is readily accessible, opening up exploration of Barcelona. An underground shopping center occupies the building’s basement level. While our experience was positive, the accommodation felt slightly undervalued relative to the nightly rate.

Two sets of family members—eight visitors total—had ample space to spread out. The children were thrilled being situated directly across the street from the ocean!

An exceptional experience! The Mediterranean Sea vista from the balcony was breathtaking—the photos online barely capture it. With plenty of space for seven guests to relax, the apartment felt welcoming and complete. The metro was conveniently close (roughly 4-5 minutes on foot), which we used regularly. Should you need a taxi, they’re simple to flag down from the street. An underground shopping mall is accessible in the neighboring building. I’d enthusiastically suggest this property and would absolutely come back!

The scenery and address are outstanding. The seafront is right there, with numerous eateries in the vicinity. The unit is generous in size, immaculate, and well-maintained. The proprietor is attentive and replies swiftly to all inquiries. An elevator takes you directly to the 6th floor unit, and the loft space on the 7th is enormous. Plus, we felt the nightly rate offered excellent value. We brought our spouse and two adult-aged daughters plus one of their partners—everyone had their own space and privacy, and we’re already planning our return!
