The Blue House otherwise discover Barcelona which sees the sea from the terrace

The property commands magnificent vistas across the Olympic Port and offers convenient foot access to downtown, oceanfront areas, and major attractions. Our group of five occupied it for two weeks, with my 92-year-old father who uses a wheelchair joining us. The unit proves excellent for guests with mobility challenges—the elevator sits right at the main entrance, and navigating throughout in a wheelchair is straightforward. My father was delighted by the outlook.
However, I must note that Ignacio charged us fifty Euros upon check-in for arriving past 21:00, despite no such stipulation in our pre-arrival contract. After struggling to assist my father through the Gatwick airport following a prolonged flight delay, we were drained—such a charge was an unwelcome surprise.
Beyond this, I was surprised to discover upon arrival: nine absent lightbulbs, a missing kitchen sink drain plug, two beds stripped of linens, non-functional clocks throughout, and a missing hairdryer. These particulars should have been rectified beforehand in a property of this caliber.
The apartment served our purposes adequately, yet Ignacio might benefit from refining his approach to guest relations.

Seven of us enjoyed a superb stay at the Blue House. The space is generously proportioned, comfortable, and delivers a spectacular sea panorama visible from the terrace. The culinary space comes fully stocked, and a substantial retail store sits conveniently in the courtyard just steps from the entrance. The oceanfront is merely a quick 3-minute stroll away!
Ignacio demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and handled every request with care. We’d be delighted to book again for a future trip. Among the numerous holiday residences I’ve experienced across Barcelona, this ranks as my top pick!

Ignacio is a wonderful host and we had a fantastic time. The whirlpool wasn’t functioning unfortunately, so do confirm with him whether it’s back in order. Otherwise everything was excellent and the location is truly remarkable!

The apartment is comfortable and practical. We had a wonderful stay with 7 adults and 4 small children, and we all felt at home. Highly recommended!
