Wonderful experience! The place had ample space for everyone to enjoy their own areas. Fantastic location near shops, cafes, and metro access. Julie was incredibly helpful—she greeted us personally, showed us around, answered all our questions promptly, and offered great local tips. We would have loved to stay even longer!

Our time at this loft was wonderful! It’s truly a hidden treasure in Paris—far more spacious than expected, brimming with personality, and ideal for hosting guests. Finding this amount of room in the city is quite rare. We would have appreciated having some complimentary amenities on hand, such as body wash, hair care products, and other toiletries. Despite that small shortcoming, our experience was excellent, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic place to visit!!! Julie ensured we had all the details necessary to organize our Parisian getaway. She connected us via email with Irene, her concierge service, who helped arrange our premium check-in and check-out experiences and organized a magnificent day tour of the city…both highly recommended to book in advance!

Upon our arrival, Julie personally welcomed us to tour her stunning residence, share its captivating background, and ensure we had everything for an enjoyable visit. The space is truly magnificent and Julie’s focus on quality was exceptional! Our party of 6 found the accommodations wonderfully spacious during part of our trip to relax comfortably. The neighborhood location is perfect, and we loved simply heading out for morning coffee, fresh pastries, local cheese, and produce. Julie had also thoughtfully prepared an attractive spread of fresh fruit, champagne, and pantry staples waiting for us when we arrived.

I really cannot praise this experience enough! Our only disappointment was being unable to extend our visit (we stayed five nights). Thank you, Julie. It was lovely to meet you. We will certainly be back!

A party of six experienced a remarkable Parisian getaway thanks to our gracious host Julie and her charming Loft! Julie is absolutely delightful! Starting from the moment we reserved the Loft, she generously arranged every detail—from our travel arrangements to an unforgettable dinner with celebrated Chef Olivier.

The serene private courtyard is a true treasure. The calm, undisturbed setting is perfect.

A mere three-minute walk brings you to the wonderful rue Montorgueil pedestrian district. This lively pedestrian shopping street radiates authentic French character. The vibrancy and excitement permeate the entire day, from morning through evening!

Our stay at the Loft two weeks ago was genuinely phenomenal – we still wonder if it actually happened! My partner and I came to Paris alongside two other couples from different corners of the country, and we needed a spacious retreat where we wouldn’t feel crowded together. The Loft exceeded our expectations perfectly. It was peaceful yet centrally situated, combining comfort with plenty of room for all of us. The surrounding area was the perfect finishing touch, with seemingly endless cafes and shops just a quick stroll away. We joked that the neighborhood alone could have occupied our entire visit. Julie was an outstanding host from the very beginning. Her responsiveness was exceptional and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and meet our needs. We genuinely hope to experience it again someday!

Outstanding Experience

Our four-week residence at Julie’s stunning Loftfactory exceeded all expectations. We welcomed different groups of friends sequentially, and each one was thoroughly impressed by the flat’s beauty and wonderful setting. As an introvert, I was initially anxious about everyone fitting comfortably, but the apartment proved generously sized with ample space for everyone to enjoy solitude when needed and plenty of room for all eight of us to gather and relax.

Julie was an extraordinarily thoughtful and responsive host. After understanding our guest arrangement, she kindly offered her cleaning service to handle sheet and linen changes, which was incredibly helpful. She replied instantly to every question I had, including directions to the Post Office. My husband wanted to join a gym, and she promptly recommended the convenient one right nearby. Her attentiveness to our needs and excellent communication were remarkable. She also thoughtfully arranged for Chef Olivier to prepare several wonderful meals at the apartment. Highly recommend.

The property sits on a peaceful street with excellent restaurants within a five-minute walk. We truly had the best of both worlds—convenient access to all essentials. The Monoprix, local bakeries, and specialty cheese shops were all easily walkable, plus the major sights and multiple metro stations were within reach.

Check-in was hassle-free, with Julie greeting us and explaining the appliances, lighting, and entertainment system. She provided excellent directions from Gare de Lyon to the residence.

Outstanding

Our eleven-day Paris vacation was made perfect by this wonderful property! The space easily accommodated our group of seven quite comfortably. My mother suffers from Parkinson’s disease, and the main floor bedroom was ideal for her and my father. We also had our two 16-year-old teenagers, our adult son who is 22, plus my husband and myself staying. The open-concept layout combined with four separate bedrooms gave us all the room we needed.

The neighborhood was fantastic—just a short two-block walk brought us to a charming street lined with local cafés and markets. Being avid walkers, we found the area wonderfully accessible, with the Louvre only about fifteen minutes on foot. We easily strolled to other iconic spots like the Seine, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and the Latin Quarter. Another day, we took a walk to the beautiful Palace Garnier. Even my mother was able to make the journey to the Louvre.

The home was impeccably maintained throughout our stay, with at least two professional cleanings during our visit. The kitchen came fully equipped with excellent coffee and all necessary cooking items. One evening, we even had the special treat of having chef Oliver prepare dinner for us—truly unforgettable! Julie and her loved ones, who own this property, were incredibly generous and supportive in helping us arrange experiences, including wonderful excursions to London and Mont St. Michel. We would absolutely return without hesitation. This place became our Parisian home. ❤️🇫🇷
