Villa Aliki is a spacious, tastefully renovated villa with six bedrooms and a truly magical private pool, set in the tiny hamlet of Bouratika near famous Nissaki, Corfu, with breathtaking sea views and genuinely good value in a highly sought-after area. A few excellent tavernas, a supermarket, a bus stop, and a tiny unspoiled beach are all within walking distance, so guests can skip relying on a car. The layout balances wide common areas — including a large poolside kitchen with dining space — with plenty of privacy when needed, sleeping up to 12-14 guests across two self-contained, connected floors. The upper floor has a welcoming lounge with a smart TV and kitchenette, plus four bedrooms: a master with double bed and en-suite shower room, and three further bedrooms (one double, two twin) sharing a family shower room, all opening onto extensive terraces with sea, mountain, and pool views. The lower floor has two more bedrooms (one double, one twin), a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, TV, and kitchen corner, and a shower room. A separate poolside kiosk adds a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of table seating, and its own bathroom — the natural gathering spot for poolside dining all summer. The pool itself is a highlight: an unusual shape measuring 9 x 8 meters, with a children’s section, a hydromassage area, depths from 0.5 to 2 meters, and 12 sun loungers with parasols. Parking is available for three cars. The rate includes air conditioning, WiFi, twice-weekly maid service and towel changes, and a weekly bed linen change; a Greek climate resilience tax of €15 per villa per night is payable locally.
