Villa ‘Scandinavian Design’ with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Outstanding villa with everything brand new and impeccable throughout. Spacious layout with excellent TV and robust internet connectivity for all guests. The pool was spotless, and the owners provided exceptional responsiveness to every query. Just a short walk to Marbella shops and dining. We’ll definitely return next year!

Wonderful holiday! The villa arrived in excellent condition with every detail well-maintained. Communication with Hermann and the keyholder was smooth and accommodating, with everything arranged promptly. The locals were friendly and welcoming to our group. The villa is absolutely lovely with an outstanding location. Complete privacy and very close to the wonderful boutiques and restaurants of Puerto Banus. For the price and setting, you won’t find a better property anywhere. Plenty of room for multiple guests—our four guests each had their own bedroom with spares available. The garden and pool are delightful with sunshine throughout the day. The security alarm throughout the property was reassuring both while sleeping and enjoying Marbella’s attractions.

The property itself is quite solid overall, though the air conditioning in both upstairs bedrooms didn’t function properly. The descriptions of distances to supermarkets and restaurants were inaccurate and didn’t account for terrain. We left everything in perfect condition. These issues became secondary, however, compared to a serious problem: three weeks later, our security deposit hasn’t been returned, and the owner, Hermann Rene, has ignored all contact attempts.

Everything truly surpassed expectations. Beautiful home. Our only critique would be the cleaning, which left much to be desired.

Overall the villa is lovely and well-equipped with plenty of space and amenities. However, a property of this caliber should provide fresh and clean cushions on the sunbeds and sofas—the soiled condition wasn’t inviting for sitting or lounging. The lighting also needs attention, as several lamps throughout the property were non-functional and required manual replacement. These are things management should handle and verify. Additionally, we were unable to use the courtyard parking, which was disappointing.

Absolutely wonderful experience in this spotless villa with the whole family. Everything delivered what we hoped for and more. We departed with cherished memories. The pool and outdoor areas were ideal for a peaceful getaway. One letdown was that some appliances malfunctioned and required a full week for repairs.
