Villa with private garden and pool,big terrace-solarium,pergola

Our family spent a wonderful week at this villa and loved both the Barcelona exploration opportunities and the comfortable base close to convenient public transit. The proprietor was exceptionally welcoming upon our arrival and ensured we felt at home while providing local guidance.

Decent overall. Our group of six had adequate space for sleeping, though cold weather prevented us from enjoying the garden and swimming amenities. The promotional photos somewhat misrepresent the actual layout and structure. Kitchen lacked sufficient dishware and drinking glasses for frequent use without washing cycles throughout the day and evening. Upon arrival, the placemats appeared not to be clean. Cutlery was not sharp. Some street sounds could be heard periodically. The neighborhood offers good metro connectivity, shopping options, and nearby attractions including El Guardino Park and Túro hill worth exploring. From the upper areas you can see down into Parc Güell. Warmer months would probably make better use of the outdoor amenities. Very smooth arrival and exit procedures. I visited with five close friends and found the space to be exceptional—photographs truly don’t do justice to its beauty. Every element is tastefully designed. We all intend to return with our respective families. The positioning couldn’t be better. The arrival and departure process was effortless and the owner was attentive to our needs. We stayed at multiple locations during our trip and preferred this one.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. We were a group of four adults. The space felt generous and was impeccably maintained. It featured an excellent deck area and a small swimming pool. Ideal location for accessing both urban attractions and coastal areas. The proprietor was wonderful. Communication was straightforward and assistance was always provided when required. We look forward to returning!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and were delighted with the attentiveness shown by Sol and the proprietors regarding their responsiveness and flexibility. Our party of seven was very well accommodated and we would have simply remained poolside throughout our stay if there were not so many remarkable attractions in the vicinity. We would certainly reserve this accommodation again!

A peaceful retreat with swimming facilities. Being urban, there is naturally some vehicular noise and surrounding development. The situation is excellent with public transit approximately 10 minutes on foot and transit stops immediately accessible. The residence is expertly arranged and features considerable period character. Possessing a pool in an urban home is a genuine luxury. The outdoor garden provides a serene and attractive setting. The fourth bedroom contains a single mattress and is limited in size, so keep this in mind. Internet coverage is limited in certain rooms, causing some difficulty with younger guests, though connection quality when available is excellent. The proprietors should consider powerline adapters or wireless range extenders. Contacting the proprietor via messaging proved straightforward and they offered excellent assistance.

Charming historic residence with authentic Spanish character, a gorgeous garden and swimming pool! Approximately 25 minutes walking distance to Sagrada Familia and under 10 minutes to the train station, then roughly 15-20 minutes travel to reach anywhere in the city. The proprietors were quick to respond and shared valuable tips and materials for planning our trip. We appreciated having a market just a short walk away.
