Villa Mazzucco offers generous space, a picturesque setting, and excellent amenities including hot tubs and an indoor swimming facility (though the structure shows its age and could use refreshing). It’s perfectly situated for outdoor activities like hiking and biking, though you’ll need transportation for dining and shopping. The landlord is exceptionally cooperative.

We appreciated the property’s stunning vistas and excellent position. The home provides ample living space and equipment, and the pool performed splendidly. The hot tub remained on continuously, potentially affecting our final electricity bill. The entrance gates malfunctioned midway through our stay but could be opened manually. The owner’s agent was cooperative initially, though tensions arose over a damaged curtain rod caused by our young grandson—the repair cost seemed steep, and the fixture should have been more robustly installed. Overall, the villa sits in a desirable spot, yet many components feel worn.

The owner demonstrated exceptional friendliness and responsiveness. The property offers substantial room for larger parties and has an attractive yard ideal for pets. Electricity rates proved economical given the available amenities (swimming pool and hot tub). A thoroughly enjoyable getaway!

The house is spacious, immaculate, and gives everyone their personal sanctuary, yet poses challenges for young children due to hazards (steps and a pellet heater). Safety guards should be installed, especially near the heating unit, since small children need supervised movement. Nighttime temperatures drop significantly in bedrooms lacking independent heating (only a central pellet stove). When visiting with extended family or friends, having one’s own heated space becomes important. The supplementary utility fees appear disproportionate considering the property’s already substantial nightly rate. The hosts proved accommodating and responsive. Overall, a positive experience. The spa facilities were absolutely outstanding.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole e ci siamo sentiti benissimo.
Il checkout alle 8 del mattino con 15 persone nella struttura si è rivelato piuttosto scomodo; un’ora in più avrebbe facilitato notevolmente la partenza, soprattutto considerando che l’annuncio indicava le 8:30. Comprendiamo le esigenze di sanificazione in tempi di COVID, ma sarebbe stato possibile posticipare il check in della famiglia successiva di soli 60 minuti per rendere l’uscita meno problematica. Fatta eccezione per questo aspetto, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e i proprietari molto cordiali. La proprietà è splendida, con generosi spazi comuni. Gli interni riflettono lo stile originale della struttura, quindi un po’ tradizionali, però tutto era pulito e ampio. Posizione eccellente.
