The Chintana Suite is an additional property from the established ‘La Chintana Holiday’, completed in May 2014. Conceived as an independent unit, it suits guests after relaxation, countryside, sea and privacy.

Built with all the amenities and in the architectural style of the area’s old farmhouses, the Chintana Suite offers guests self-catering, a BBQ, a sea-view terrace, a pool and a garden — its “Suite” name reflects its particular independence and elevated character.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a single-and-a-half bed plus a single bed, and a small living room. This room features a fireplace, satellite TV, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a 4-burner stove, a sink with drainer, a rustic table with five chairs, all kitchen accessories, a rustic cupboard from the 1940s-50s, a sofa and a large window with panoramic sea views.

The bedroom has a double bed, a dresser and mirror from the 1940s-50s, a TV, and a glass door with mosquito net leading to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The children’s room has a single-and-a-half bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a window with mosquito net. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, double shower with glass doors, drawers and a mirror.

Built using modern construction techniques, the Chintana Suite is well insulated against heat and cold, with a gabled roof in traditional Sardinian tiles, a rectangular shape, and cladding in local stone in the style of the area’s 18th-century houses — echoing the design of the original La Chintana Holiday property just downstream. The terrace and surrounding lawn make the setting genuinely enchanting.

The house covers around 45 sqm in total: 18 sqm for the room with kitchenette, 14 sqm for the bedroom, 9 sqm for the children’s room, and 5 sqm for the bathroom.

Services include linen and towels with a weekly change, a communal pool, private parking, a private terrace, a private BBQ, a mini-golf course, a TV in the bedroom, produce from La Chintana’s own vegetable gardens, eggs from the Chintana henhouse, and seasonal fruit.
