The Chintana Suite is an additional property from the established ‘La Chintana Holiday’, completed in May 2014. Conceived as an independent unit, it suits guests after relaxation, countryside, sea and privacy.
Built with all the amenities and in the architectural style of the area’s old farmhouses, the Chintana Suite offers guests self-catering, a BBQ, a sea-view terrace, a pool and a garden — its “Suite” name reflects its particular independence and elevated character.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a single-and-a-half bed plus a single bed, and a small living room. This room features a fireplace, satellite TV, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a 4-burner stove, a sink with drainer, a rustic table with five chairs, all kitchen accessories, a rustic cupboard from the 1940s-50s, a sofa and a large window with panoramic sea views.
The bedroom has a double bed, a dresser and mirror from the 1940s-50s, a TV, and a glass door with mosquito net leading to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The children’s room has a single-and-a-half bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a window with mosquito net. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, double shower with glass doors, drawers and a mirror.
Built using modern construction techniques, the Chintana Suite is well insulated against heat and cold, with a gabled roof in traditional Sardinian tiles, a rectangular shape, and cladding in local stone in the style of the area’s 18th-century houses — echoing the design of the original La Chintana Holiday property just downstream. The terrace and surrounding lawn make the setting genuinely enchanting.
The house covers around 45 sqm in total: 18 sqm for the room with kitchenette, 14 sqm for the bedroom, 9 sqm for the children’s room, and 5 sqm for the bathroom.
Services include linen and towels with a weekly change, a communal pool, private parking, a private terrace, a private BBQ, a mini-golf course, a TV in the bedroom, produce from La Chintana’s own vegetable gardens, eggs from the Chintana henhouse, and seasonal fruit.

Our stay at la chintana suite was truly wonderful. This charming residence offered stunning views, an excellent pool, and remarkably gracious hosts. The tranquil, secluded location made it an ideal haven and perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

Hervorragend
Wir verbrachten im Mai 22 sieben Tage in der Suite La Chintana und waren überaus begeistert. Eine gepflegte, kleine Unterkunft, die wir quasi ganz für uns allein zur Verfügung hatten. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und praktisch gestaltet. Unser sechsjähriger Sohn erfreute sich an Swimmingpool, Katzen, Schildkröten und der Wiese direkt am Haus.
Die Anfahrt vom nächsten Ort war etwas abenteuerlich mit sehr engen Straßen und steiler Einfahrt, aber wunderbar gelegen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Gegend und sogar das Meer in der Ferne.
Der Eigentümer und seine Familie waren außerordentlich freundlich, unkompliziert, stets erreichbar und äußerst unterstützend.
Sehr ruhig gelegen, ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, Einkaufen ist etwa 6 km entfernt in einem kleinen Supermarkt möglich.
Bei mehreren Tagesausflügen erkundeten wir Nordsardinien und waren fasziniert von den wunderschönen, unterschiedlich gestalteten Stränden: naturbelassene, teils flache, teils raue Buchten, Stintino bietet feinen weißen Sand und türkisblaues Wasser, aber sehr überfüllt, auf halber Route zur Costa Smeralda ähnelt es einem wunderschönen Ostseestrand.

Die Eigentümer sind außerordentlich freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Wunderbar gepflegte Anlage. Ideal für Kinder! Meerblick inklusive. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, äußerst durchdacht aufgebaut und nach unserer Erfahrung bemerkenswert hochwertig für sardische Verhältnisse!
Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um die Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden, zwischen Alghero und Stintino.

Notre séjour à « la Chintana » a été véritablement remarquable : nous avons profité de la sérénité des lieux, de la beauté naturelle, de la piscine accueillante, du confort sans prétention, du barbecue, de l’atmosphère paisible, de la richesse de la faune et de la flore, ainsi que de l’accueil chaleureux et discret de nos hôtes.
Nous sommes reconnaissants pour ce merveilleux séjour et prévoyons certainement de revenir, tout en recommandant ce lieu à nos proches.

Straordinario
La nostra permanenza presso la Chintana Suite è stata indimenticabile. La struttura si trova in una location meravigliosa, circondata da una splendida natura selvaggia. I gestori sono stati estremamente gentili e premurosi, fornendoci preziosi consigli riguardanti attrazioni e destinazioni da scoprire. Un momento magico è stato rappresentato dall’escursione in fuoristrada seguita da un piacevole aperitivo sulla scogliera al calar del sole. Assolutamente da visitare ++++++
