Spacious Luxury Private Villa – Heated Pool – Ocean Views

From the moment we booked, Sarah demonstrated incredible helpfulness. We celebrated our wedding in Santorini for a ten-day stay, and Sarah coordinated our airport transfers, vehicle rental, and even arranged a chef for a family BBQ. With the villa adjacent to ours, she was consistently available to support our needs. Her dedication far exceeded what’s expected, and we’ll absolutely return.

Sarah demonstrated excellent support throughout, organizing our car rental and airport transportation. The spacious home features beautiful vistas and pleasant outdoor areas. All five bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped, including a semi-independent suite near the pool. Children appreciated UK Netflix availability and the elevated bed nook above the kitchen. The well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation convenient. While the property has steep entry steps and a narrow drive, the proximity to the village and bakery proved invaluable. We dined at multiple excellent restaurants in Megalochori. This residence serves as an ideal base for island exploration, from Perissa’s southern beaches to Oia to the north, located in an authentic Santorini neighborhood complete with residents, donkeys, horses, and mules. This is my preferred accommodation choice.

The house was lovely and generously sized. Unfortunately, we had trouble with flies and a rooster that woke us at 4:30 AM daily, plus neighborhood dogs barking throughout the night. The weather was quite unpredictable. Still, we had an enjoyable getaway overall. Transportation was expertly arranged and the owner quickly responded to any needs via messaging.

Spectacular property with breathtaking views, ideally positioned away from crowded urban areas. Panos was incredibly supportive—guiding us around, arranging ATV and UTV rentals, and organizing a wonderful day on the water.

We visited late last summer as a group of 12 companions. It was wonderful and remarkably peaceful. The weather was superb, the villa manager was outstanding, there was abundant space, everything was spotless and pristine, and the pool was magnificent. Simply couldn’t be better.

I rarely write reviews, but this property definitely deserved one.

It’s a substantial property and genuinely impressive—the pictures just don’t do it justice. The interior is naturally cool and comfortable throughout; you won’t need to rely on air conditioning. There’s plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy, and the pool is perfect for cooling down after a day of exploring the island. The owners and villa manager were constantly available to help and answer any questions we had. The village itself is quite charming and positioned well to visit other areas of the island. The island is truly magical and had been on our bucket list for years. We left completely satisfied with our stay.
