The living room has a TV, and a walk-through room holds a double sofa bed with its own shower/WC, alongside a bedroom with a French bed opening onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped — oven, dishwasher, four induction hobs, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine — with a dining table and its own garden exit, next to a separate WC. Upstairs is a large living room with a panoramic window, a bedroom with a French bed and shower/bidet/WC, another walk-through room with a double sofa bed and shower/WC, and a further bedroom with a French bed. The property runs on solar-powered heating and air conditioning, with heating available from October 1 to April 30. Parquet and natural stone floors run throughout, and outside there’s a small balcony plus two terraces (30 and 25 square meters) and a porch, furnished with deck chairs and a portable barbecue, taking in a beautiful panoramic view. A washing machine, high chair, and baby cot (up to age 2) are provided, along with free WiFi. It’s a non-smoking property.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten und Pool, äußerst freundliche Vermieter. Einziges Minus: extrem viele Mücken—Mückenschutz ist dringend notwendig.

Ein wahrhaftiger italienischer Traum! Die Villa Tenuta Margaritha liegt wunderbar, mit Sonnenschein den ganzen Tag über. Geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, fühlt man sich sofort wohlig zuhause. Die Pergola, Pool und Liegestühle sind perfekt zum Entspannen. Großartig für Gruppen – selbst mit zehn Erwachsenen lief alles reibungslos, sogar die Durchgangszimmer. Einfach fantastisch!

Äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter. Das Anwesen war von Bettwanzen befallen, die teilweise in die Wohnzimmer gelangten. Es erforderte ständige Wachsamkeit.

Ons verblijf in Tenuta Margarita was buitengewoon prachtig. Iedereen heeft ervan genoten. Het huis was splinternieuw en vorstelijk gerenoveerd. In elk vertrek airconditioning. Een echte weelde. Comfortabele matrassen zorgden ervoor dat we uitgerust waren om de regio te verkennen. Het zwembad vormt een aanwinst. De kinderen kunnen zich uitleven wanneer we eens thuis blijven. Uitstekend contact met de eigenaars—zij geven waardevolle aanbevelingen voor restaurants en activiteiten. Uitstekend!

Ferie magnifiche, davvero fantastico!
Una stupenda casa vacanze, situata nella pace e nella tranquillità! L’abitazione è stata restaurata in modo splendido, mantenendo il carattere antico ma con moderne comodità. Climatizzazione indipendente in ogni ambiente, che funziona magnificamente. Bagni raffinati, e una cucina meravigliosa che diventa il cuore della convivialità. Il proprietario ha pensato anche a un eccellente impianto di illuminazione sulla proprietà, che si accende automaticamente quando cala la sera. Tutto è semplicemente bellissimo! I proprietari hanno fatto un lavoro straordinario. Torneremo sicuramente…
