The kitchen is well equipped — oven, dishwasher, four induction hobs, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine — with a dining table and its own garden exit, next to a separate WC. Upstairs is a large living room with a panoramic window, a bedroom with a French bed and shower/bidet/WC, another walk-through room with a double sofa bed and shower/WC, and a further bedroom with a French bed. The property runs on solar-powered heating and air conditioning, with heating available from October 1 to April 30. Parquet and natural stone floors run throughout, and outside there’s a small balcony plus two terraces (30 and 25 square meters) and a porch, furnished with deck chairs and a portable barbecue, taking in a beautiful panoramic view. A washing machine, high chair, and baby cot (up to age 2) are provided, along with free WiFi. It’s a non-smoking property.

Fantastica Casa Vacanze con Orto Meraviglioso
La casa è perfetta per due famiglie e offre ampio spazio. È stata restaurata con grande dedizione e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ai margini del paese. Ci ha particolarmente conquistato l’orto ben curato e la piscina. Da Asti dista circa 15 minuti.

Un Capolavoro Restaurato
Il proprietario ha completamente trasformato la proprietà nel corso degli anni. E ne è valsa assolutamente la pena! La Tenuta Margherita è indubbiamente un raro tesoro. La casa è straordinariamente affascinante. Gli spazi così come la cucina sono ampiamente dimensionati e anche gruppi numerosi si trovano a loro agio. Il giardino è meravigliosamente curato e bellissimo! Inoltre la proprietà sorge su una piccola collina e da ogni angolo si gode la vista sul bosco. Fortemente consigliato, casa stupenda!

La Proprietà
La residenza è situata sulle colline vicino ad Asti. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata e il giardino con piscina è stato splendidamente realizzato.
I negozi si raggiungono in circa 10 minuti di auto.

Casa Straordinaria
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa bellissima e meravigliosa casa. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da S. che ci ha fatto una splendida presentazione della casa e dei dintorni. L’abitazione è stata bellamente e completamente restaurata rispettando i dettagli originali. Climatizzazione indipendente in ogni stanza. Incantevole piscina e bellissime terrazze coperte. Ambiente tranquillo e sereno. Tutto funzionava perfettamente e ovunque regnava pulizia. Casa vacanze ideale per due famiglie. Speriamo di tornare alla Tenuta Margherita presto.

Un Tesoro Autentico!
È una casa bellissimamente ristrutturata. Il proprietario ha preservato il carattere dell’edificio. Si ha l’impressione di vivere in una vera cascina italiana. La proprietà si trova in posizione molto tranquilla, eppure centrale, il che significa che tutti i luoghi interessanti sono facilmente raggiungibili. La casa è arredata con confort, ma senza esagerare il fascino rustico. Esattamente quello che serve per godere di riposo, relax e delle prelibatezze italiane.
