Villa With Huge Garden And Swimming Pool, 5 Minutes Far From The City Center

We enjoyed a wonderful week overall in this poolside villa. Located in a residential neighborhood, the property offers tranquility. The beach, shops, and dining venues are conveniently within walking distance, accessible by bicycle, or easily reached by car. The kitchen is exceptionally well-supplied and sufficient towels are available for all guests; everything was immaculate throughout. Given the capacity for up to 10 guests, having more than 3 bicycles available would have been preferable.

The location and residence were appealing. The main area lacked air conditioning and window screens, which allowed insects inside when we opened windows. I had mentioned the bug issue before reserving. A fan was provided by the owner. Additional pillows and bed linens would have been appreciated. Though this is a vacation rental, complementary toiletries and body products would have enhanced the experience. The owner placed considerable emphasis on garbage removal procedures. The service and welcome were adequate.

We cherished our two-week stay. We adored the villa, the pool and the grounds. Just 5 minutes by car or bicycle to reach the beach and the center of Forte dei Marmi. Paola and Roberto are genuinely kind people. We will certainly be back very soon!

Roberto and Paola are exceptionally gracious and delightful hosts. They consistently offered guidance on attractions and dining options. They even arranged reservations at their friend’s restaurant for us! The property and its amenities impressed us greatly. The bicycles provided were a highlight—I hadn’t cycled in decades! Any questions we had were answered within moments. It’s a marvelous location near town, the shoreline, and the excellent Gelato Imperiale, which became our daily destination! The swimming pool and grounds are immaculately maintained, as is everything else on the property. I strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi.
