A huge garden surrounds the villa, with a brand-new swimming pool equipped with a shower, cabin, chairs, and beach loungers, and a veranda with a large awning and sofas for relaxing in the shade. The ground floor has a dining room, a large living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms; the first floor has four rooms — two double bedrooms and two with king beds — plus two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with an alarm system, air conditioning, and two TVs (with dedicated channels for Russian-speaking guests). Two bikes are provided for reaching the sea and town center in just five minutes, and the garden and pool are maintained twice weekly.

Charming home, excellently positioned, Forte dei Marmi is a delightful town with equally lovely surroundings, highly recommended.

The property boasts an excellent location in a serene residential neighborhood. A 15-minute walk down a peaceful lane leads to the shore. Three bicycles are available for guest use. The town center is approximately 30 minutes away on foot. The home is remarkably spacious with generously sized rooms, comfortable and impeccably clean beds, and spotless bathrooms. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped. Paola welcomed us upon arrival and she and her husband provided warm hospitality and helpful restaurant recommendations. Check-out was straightforward and hassle-free. An outstanding vacation suited for families and groups of friends. Our party of 10 found the house size perfectly suitable!

Our group of four arrived on June 4 and were greeted by Roberto, who familiarized us with all the home’s features including the pool, grounds, and nearby surroundings. He graciously connected us with a beach contact offering discounted rates. Roberto exceeded all expectations, responding instantly to inquiries and resolving issues with remarkable speed. This property is highly recommended. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, the kitchen is superbly outfitted with ample dishware and counter space. Our time at Roberto and Paola’s stunning residence was thoroughly delightful! Such gracious and attentive hosts! The property was flawless in every respect! We relished strolling to the marketplace in Forte Dei Marmi and appreciated its beachside proximity. Morning beach visits followed by afternoon poolside cocktails were wonderful.
