Fantastic, highly functional apartment, boasting magnificent views very near the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and Montparnasse Tower! At night, it’s spectacular! Having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment is a wonderful bonus when vacationing!

The outlook was remarkable—the tower is visible directly from your window, and the evening vista is extraordinary. Yes, it’s on the seventh level, but it’s simple to reach. The tour bus is within a 10-minute walk, a neighborhood market is 5 minutes away, and abundant excellent dining venues are scattered throughout a 5 to 20-minute radius. The trip was fantastic, and Paris was an enjoyable destination to explore. Eric offered support regarding the residence. Tip: we found the tour bus service beneficial for our needs. And Paris was excellent.

Our experience at this apartment was wonderful. We enjoyed excellent conditions and spent time on the terrace taking in the extended dusk over the city’s roofline. The space was fully stocked with necessities and offered spectacular sightlines toward the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and Montparnasse Tower. Additionally, we were just a brief stroll from underground transit and appreciated the local area. Entry procedures and contact with the proprietor were straightforward. We’ll certainly return for our next Paris visit.

There were advantages and disadvantages… Advantages—charming area positioned near Bon Marche, quaint eateries in the vicinity, provides the sensation of residing in Paris rather than visiting, manageable distance to attractions, stunning window views, excellent air circulation, appealing terrace for relaxation in the sun, abundant natural light. Disadvantages—the proprietor was not particularly helpful or interested in guest requirements; it furnished only the essentials—no drinking water upon arrival, no coffee maker, no welcoming touches. It’s considerably tinier than represented in the photographs, best for a romantic couple, cramped toilet facilities. Very lengthy, convoluted pathway to the flat’s entry when transporting numerous suitcases. The screen had restrictions preventing viewing, and notices posted everywhere detailed prohibited behaviors. It seems they prioritize peaceful visitors.

The residence was spotless, cozy, and charming; it was somewhat compact, yet still WONDERFUL!!
