This is a homestay/shared apartment, not a private, standalone place — please bear this in mind. We’re happy to share convivial moments with you and will be present and available throughout your stay. Arrival isn’t possible after 6:00pm on your arrival day, as set out in the booking conditions, and it isn’t possible to arrive on a different day than planned — failing to arrive on your booked day results in the full stay being charged.

The apartment has a lift, is extremely quiet and bright, and has a terrace. An extra charge applies for early arrivals. The neighbourhood is central and lively, ideal for exploring Paris, with the Seine riverbanks a 10-minute walk away and several metro lines within easy reach, putting you right in the heart of the city.

A daily surcharge applies for pets (please specify at booking) — only one pet is allowed. The apartment opens onto a large, bright living room, with a terrace and warm, inviting decor, a queen-size bed, and ample storage.

The apartment sits in a safe neighbourhood. Any damage caused during your stay may be charged in line with YourRentals’ property damage policy.
